All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, due to their instant-delivery nature.

Consulting sessions, once scheduled, are refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
If a session is missed or canceled late, the fee is non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

Access continues through the end of your billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time.
